Fine Cell Work is a successful social enterprise, selling products made by prisoners so that they can develop professional and social skills and self-esteem, as well as being able to earn money from the work that they do.

Fine Cell Works covers 40% of its costs through sales. To achieve our vision of building a sustainable social business and charity with the prisoners as stakeholders in the enterprise we need to continue to grow - but we cannot do this through sales alone.

Our growth is driven by the demand for more cell-work from prisoners, which is dauntingly high. There is a tremendous need for constructive activity that can be done in cells and we are,inundated with requests from prisoners who wish to be given the chance to do paid, productive work.

In order to provide work to more prisoners we are reliant on invaluable donations from trusts and foundations. We are constantly seeking to secure further funds to support the work that we do.
