Returns policy

There are several circumstances in which we will happily refund your purchase, subject to the item being returned within 30 days of the item being received by you:

Returns:

The unwanted product must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition with all packaging and accessories, within 30 days of the item being received by you. Fine Cell Work are not liable for the cost of postage incurred for returning items which were ordered. In the event of an incorrect item being delivered Fine Cell Work will reimburse any charges upon receipt of the returned goods. Faulty/Damaged Goods:

If the product is faulty or is damaged in transit we will refund you the difference, based on the procedure above. We will also refund the postage costs.
