One of stitchers HMP Kingston recently completed a tapestry featuring Zarafa, the giraffe who was led from Egypt to Paris in the 17th century. He was absolutely delighted to have been given the project, and we sent him the story of the animal's amazing voyage, so he could understand the backdrop to the wonderful scene he was stitching. It was completed in record time and the tapestry looked amazing on completion, the customer was thrilled and the stitcher enjoyed the challenge.
